Off-Site Weddings

Arch of Reno Wedding Chapel has the largest qualified staff of non-denominational ministers, both male and female, available to perform your wedding at locations outside the chapel in the Reno area. Many weddings have taken place at local area residences. All ministers may alternatively act as officiants if you prefer a non-religious element. Officiants are used many times when the couple simply wishes to legalize their union as well as for those of non-Christian faiths such as Buddhism, Jewish, Islam, etc.

All ministers are ordained by Church of the Western Fellowship and licensed by the state of Nevada to perform marriages. Arrangements may also be made to officiate weddings at nearby California locales.

At least three of our ministers are bi-lingual. In fact, it is not uncommon to do the wedding in both English and Spanish, thus accommodating the language needs of many couples and their guests.

The minister staff at Arch of Reno Wedding Chapel routinely perform weddings in the Reno-Sparks area and have also traveled to Mt. Rose area, Gardnerville, Lake Tahoe, Verdi, Fernley and surrounding areas. Popular venues such as local golf resorts, Elks clubs, casino-hotel convention centers, Rancho San Rafael Park, Idlewild Park’s Rose Garden and the National Automobile Museum are a few sites where we have officiated.

Perhaps you prefer the more intimate setting of a suite at a local hotel, motel or a private residence? That’s easily provided. Nevada law requires only one witness, although your license provides space for two.

Off-site weddings need to be booked in advance (call 866-337-1555) and you will be responsible for securing the location. With this information at hand, we can easily give you a quote. We will work with you to match a minister with your desires. Do you want a light-hearted individual, a very religious or non-religious ceremony, a traditional ceremony or not so traditional, short or reasonably long? Do you want to add words to the vows?

Additional fees are required if the minister is requested to attend rehearsals. Our philosophy is it’s your wedding. How can we make your wishes come true?

Bi-Lingual Services

Currently, Archof Reno Wedding Chapel has Spanish speaking hostesses and/or ministers on site seven days a week. Shifts may vary, so calling ahead (866-337-1555) will assure these services are available for you.

Based on availability, services can be in Spanish. Additional fees will be charged if a bi-lingual person is not on a regularly scheduled shift. Please call ahead to check for availability.

Tuxedo and Wedding Gown Rentals

Wedding gown and tuxedo rentals (advance arrangements guarantee your selection upon arrival). We have a large size range to fit most people.

Photography and Ceremony Recordings

Professional digital photo services are always available for your ceremony at Arch of Reno. A range of prices are set for standard packages. We understand that one size does not fit all. Tell us your needs and we can customize your package to suit your needs.

Mix or match sizes. Do you want a large 11×14″ of yourselves or the entire wedding party for your special place? How about 8×10″s for the parents and 5×7″s for sisters, brothers, wedding party members and special friends? Don’t forget to include some 4×6″s for your memory book and wallet size for those extended families and friends.

You will want to purchase a DVD recording of your ceremony so you can relive the excitement and splendor of those moments that you will cherish for years to come. Imagine sharing this treasure with your children in the future!! Weddings are recorded only for those purchasing the DVD, so plan to preserve your memory and not become one of the many couples calling later to tell us of their regrets.

Unity Candles

Add a touch of elegance, romance and lasting memory to your day with a unity candle service. This ceremony is in addition to your standard ceremony. A large selection of unity candle sets are on sale in the bridal boutique inside the lobby and become a lasting and treasured keepsake of your most cherished moments. Prices vary and include the ceremony with purchase.

Additional charges apply if you bring your own candles.

Custom Flowers

Flowers are a traditional, integral part of your special day and Arch of Reno Wedding Chapel has the solution to your needs. Weddings without flowers are like birds without wings–they just doesn’t fly! Our floral designer, Jeanie, has over 20 years’ experience and creates the latest designs as well as very traditional.
